Super clean room, modern bathroom, with excellent wi-fi, made connecting easy and convenient luggage storage that allowed for a stress-free arrival after my late flight.

The room was great-sized and compact with an air conditioner, a mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi included. The bed was comfy, a bathtub worked well. The venue was in a central location just next door to Metro and the subway line U1 to Vienna Center.

Convenient location near public transport and amenities.
My experience was quite troubling. The reception hours were drastically reduced, leaving me with no real support at crucial times. I struggled with the contactless check-in process, poorly organized, and my entry codes stopped working after the first day, leaving me locked out for quite some time. I was disturbed at night by an unreliable air conditioning unit that beeped continuously, significantly disrupting my sleep, and there was a lack of proper communication regarding these issues from the staff.

Truly enjoyed our reasonably spacious and very elegantly appointed rooms.
The room was needs definitely painted walls and available with a balcony. A shower, hairdryers and towels was a plus.

Very helpful staff, friendly services, and fantastic location so close to several supermarkets and DM as well as a very good Chinese restaurant and also a pharmacy. New-fashioned room, compact, with glass around the shower, nice furniture, safe. Simply no complaints whatsoever, very good stay.

Beds are fine, even the bathroom.
We don't eat breakfast there anymore, the quality of the goods just doesn't fit. There are good possibilities for a breakfast nearby.
